Is
situated on the second floor of a bright and attractive
building located in the quiet, residential area of Pinaret.
There
is secure intercom entry from the front of the building
and the apartment is accessed via the staircase as there
is no lift.
The lovely South sandy beach and promenade are literally
a 5 minute walk away and a further 5 minute stroll takes
you to the town and pretty marina of Puerto Pollensa where
you will find plenty of shops, bars and good restaurants,
however guests are more than welcome to use the facilities
of the nearby Aparthotel Villa Concha and these include
the shop, cafe/bar and pool.
The apartment has generously proportioned rooms which
have recently been redecorated. There are 2 bedrooms,
both of which have ceiling mounted fans and plenty of
wardrobe space, one has access to a small balcony.A safety
deposit box is also provided.
The
apartment is 'NON SMOKING' inside but if you wish to smoke
please use the balcony and the ashtray provided.
The
light and airy lounge/dining room which overlooks the balcony,
includes a TV, DVD player, CD player and also a convertable
double sofa-bed. A selection of DVD's are available in the
apartment but please feel free to take your own.
The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, extractor, microwave,
fridge-freezer and washing machine for your convenience
and the usual electric kettle,toaster, utensils crockery,
iron and ironing board are also provided.
There
is a spacious bathroom, which comprises: bath, shower, basin
and bidet. The toilet is housed seperately. Bed linen, towels
and tea towels are provided and are changed weekly. You
only need to bring beach towels.
A car is not essential as the apartment is within easy walking
distance of all Puerto Pollenca's amenities. Public transport
is also easily accessible should you wish to explore the
Island, however there is plenty of on-street parking immediately
outside the building should you choose to hire a car.

We hope, wherever possible, to offer flexible changeover
days and times to assist in finding cheaper air fares etc.
The apartment will be let on a per week basis NOT per person.
It will be open to lets of shorter than 1 week if this can
be accommodated and obviously longer lets can be negotiated.
A deposit of £100 will be required to secure the booking
with the balance being paid 8 weeks before departure.
